Can you provide a certificate of insurance for my building?
Yes. Co-op and condo boards ask for one before anyone works in the building, and plenty of brownstone managing agents do too. We send it ahead of the install date, named the way they want it.
Do you charge extra to come to Brooklyn?
No. The consultation, the measure and the quote are free across all five boroughs.
What works best for privacy without losing the light?
Solar shades and sheers hold daytime privacy while keeping the view. Top-down-bottom-up shades cover the lower half and leave the top open — useful when the window opposite is close.
My brownstone windows are not square. Is that a problem?
It is normal here. We measure each window individually and build to that measurement, rather than treating a row as identical.
Can you work around a radiator cover?
Yes. We check clearances on the measuring visit and choose a mount that clears the cover and still closes properly.

How long does it take?
